SCIENTISTS from Eastern and Western Europe will converge on Dundee

next week to discuss the observation of the Earth. The annual symposium

and general assembly of the European Association of Remote Sensing

Laboratories will be held at Dundee University from June 28 to July 1,

the first time the meeting has been held in Scotland. Dundee University

has one of the leading remote sensing laboratories in Europe and is

internationally known for its satellite data receiving station and its

research into aspects of remote sensing science.
