PLANNING permission was granted yesterday for a factory for SCA
Packaging Ltd, a corrugated packaging systems company, at Livingston,
West Lothian, which will create 220 jobs. The proposals for a 24-hour
operation on a 20-acre site on the Kirkton Campus is part of a #25m
centralisation project by SCA.
