A GLASGOW housing association has lost its appeal against a #6240

compensation payment awarded to a former director who claimed she was

sacked because she was Jewish. Ms Esther Goulding claimed she was

racially discriminated against and victimised when she was sacked by

Charing Cross Housing Association because of her ethnic origin. In

April, a Glasgow industrial tribunal found the association guilty of

''vindictive victimisation'' and awarded her the compensation.
