POLICE yesterday named the girl who died after being hit by a car in
Cumnock, Ayrshire, as Debbie Ann Kay, 5.
The accident happened yards from her home in Holmburn Road. She was
taken by ambulance to Ayr Hospital but was dead. A report has been sent
to the procurator fiscal at Ayr.
