A GANG of unruly peacocks, believed to be from a nearby estate, have caused devastation at Grange cemetery in Keith, Banffshire, infuriating locals by regularly destroying floral tributes left by grieving relatives at gravesides. Moray Council and the RSPB both say they are powerless to act.
