Norwegian Open
Stephen McAllister carded a closing 71 for 281, 11-under-par, to finish in joint fifteenth place in the Netcom Norwegian Open in Borre.
It left him six behind the winner, England's Gary Emerson, who returned 70 for 275 and a one-stroke victory over Sweden's Max Anglert, who had a closing 67.
The week's work earned McAllister #1,095 and lifts him 20 places up Challenge Tour rankings to eightieth
Gordon Sherry, the only other surviving Scot, struggled to a closing 76 for 290, but climbs two places on the rankings to seventy-first spot.
Stephen Gallacher slipped one place to seventh in the rankings after missing the halfway cut.

q MARK King (Deer Park) won Saturday's Cardross pro-am topurnament with a four-under-par round of 67. That brought him the top prize of #1185 by one stroke from Russell Weir (Cowal).
Gary Weir (King's Links) won the #224 professional prize in the team event after leading the Cardross captain's amateur trio of C McCash, R McNab and D Cowling to victory with a net score of 57. Leading scores:
