Ryan Brooks fired a stoppage-time equaliser as Didcot fought back for a share of the spoils in Division 1 South & West at the Draycott Engineering Loop Meadow Stadium on Saturday.

It looked all over for the hosts as they trailed 2-1 going into injury time, but substitute Brooks nabbed a point.

But the result stretched the hosts' winless run to nine matches.

Didcot started slugglishy with Tiverton’s Tony Lee and Dan Western going close.

And the visitors went ahead on five minutes. Home keeper James Foster failed to grasp Lee’s cross, and Jamie Mudge fired home.

Didcot missed two good opportunites to get back into it. Jack Self failed to connect with a John Mills cross, before the latter missed the target.

But Didcot did conjure up a leveller on 55 minutes.

A quick breakaway from the half-way line found Lance Williams, who slotted past Tiverton keeper Chris Wright.

However, seven minutes later, Tiverton went ahead, when Jamie Mudge chipped Foster after Jamie Heapy was robbed by Lee.

Didcot's Luke Carnell and Andy Ballard went close before they equalised two minutes into injury time.

Josh Dutton-Black’s cross found Brooks who headed in.

Late on, Ballard had a header parried with Dutton-Black's follow-up blocked as Didcot's poor run continued.

Didcot Tn: Foster, Elkins, Organ (Woodley 82), Ballard, Carnell, Heapy, Dutton-Black, Baines (Powell 82), Mills, Self, Williams (Brooks 68).
