Division 3 side Dilly United beat Premier League strugglers Free-land Yeoman 4-1 in the Devenney Cup.

After a tight first half that saw Dilly 1-0 to the good, they ran away with it in the second period.

Paul Black scored a brace, and also missed a penalty, with Kishor Pun and Steve Caddick adding the other goals. Aston Leach scored a late consolation for Freeland.

AFC Jericho went goal crazy as they progressed to the next stage, crushing their seven-man hosts Exeter Rangers 20-1 in what would have already been a tough game for the Division 2 strugglers.

Standlake levelled when Mev Gundem stabbed home after good work from Mike Duerden.

Jordan Whitefoot restored Sporting’s lead with a powerful header before Den White made sure of the win, nodding home past Jonny Mitchell in the Garage goal.

In the only Premier League game, Zubry Oxford defeated bottom-of-the-table AFC Valley 3-1.

In Division 1, six proved the magic number, with all winning sides in the three games hitting that number of goals.

In the match of top against bottom it was Woodstock Wanderers who triumphed 6-3 over Green Tree Wallingford.

Railway Wheatley are three points behind Woodstock, and they kept up the pressure with a 6-1 win at Forest Hill.

Elliott O’Brien (2), Tom Williams, James Beesley, Stuart Bishop and Aaron Lamon notched for Railway, with Forest Hill’s consolation coming from Craig Watts.

Northway’s goals were shared between Nigel Swafford (3), Oshane Tulloch, Danny Lawrence and Martino Ventriglez in their 6-1 conquest over The Village Inn.
