Blackbird Rovers survived an early scare to march on at the top in Oxford City FA with an 8-1 win at Fairview.
Kevin Cox gave Fairview the lead, but Blackbird hit back through Wayne Desmond (2), Sean Herman (2), Joe Cook, Craig Bloomfield, Arran Barrett and Ryan Taylor to make it eight wins from as many games. The George won 4-3 at St Clements in a see-saw encounter.
Jack Stewart and Andy Paine fired the George into a two-goal lead, before Kelvin Sherman pulled one back with a penalty after Luke Murphy was bundled over.
Tim Small equalised with a spectacular volley, and Murphy put St Clements ahead.

But the George rallied to claim victory with strikes from Alex Underwood and Mark Boaler.
Summertown Stars won 4-0 at home to Masons Arms in the Premier Cup.
Abideen Shobowale rifled home the opener, before Miguel Follana curled in the second. An own goal and an El-Kassir effort completed the scoring.
