This man talks sense, he can see the light and it does not include Waddonk.
Neither of you talk sense and clearly know nothing about football. How many teams do you see succeeding by having a revolving door for managers? Give the guy a chance based on building his own squad. At the end of the day there will not be a lot of money to splash around, so although I would like a complete refresh of the squad I don't think it's liable to happen. Also why does everyone get on Lenegans back when he is the one financing our club and is the only reason that we are still alive?! Our club will not thrive and prosper until the stadium issue is resolved. Until then it's a huge millstone around our neck and means we just leak money through rent and lost match day revenue that K*ssam is getting.
hey OUFC1983 how dare you come on here posting your positive mental attitude!! don't you realise this is the forum for moaning about everything that is wrong with our club and never saying anything positive - shame on you!!"

Andy Melville has left Oxford United after five years as part of the club's coaching staff.

The former defender, who won 65 caps for Wales, said he does not have another job in mind, but intends to assess his options after resigning.

Melville told the club's website: "I have worked with some tremendous people and it has been a privilege to work at the club.

“I now feel that the time is right to move on. I don’t have a specific job out there to go to but I would like the opportunity to take stock and see what is available."
