BANBURY United were undone by a hat-trick from Richard Gillespie as they crashed 4-1 away to Poole in last night’s Premier Division fixture.

The striker netted in the 12th, 51st and 61st minutes, completing his hat-trick from the penalty spot. Jacob Wardell scored the other goal, with Claudio Dyas replying for Banbury in the 84th minute.

Didcot Town made it four wins on the trot and ended any lingering relegation fears in Division 1 South & West with a 2-1 win at Fleet.

Two first-half goals in five minutes from Josh Dutton-Black and John Mills put them in control, before Fleet pulled one back through Ben White.

Didcot’s Pablo Haysham was sent off in the closing stages.

North Leigh were thumped 4-0 away to Evesham.

James Bowen netted two first-half goals, with Lance Smith and Elliott Kennedy completing the scoring.
