Jamie McCuaig hit a hat-trick as Barton United topped Group A in the Heldey Toms/Michael Brown Trophy with a 7-3 victory at winless Railway Wheatley, writes DARYL RIDGLEY.

Ben Cuff struck twice and Harry Jenkins and Luke Cuff also netted, while Aaron Lehman, Ashley Buttress and Sean Liptrott were on target for Railway.

Zubry Oxford were comfortable 3-1 winners at Northway.
Michal Kraszewski, Marcin Walendowski and Adrzej Krason did the damage for Zubry, with Northway’s lone reply coming from Rob Hatt.

Division 1 leaders Freeland Yeoman earned a 2-2 draw at home to Premier Division outfit Cowley Marsh Eagles in Group B.

Aston Leach and Conor Allmond were the Freeland scorers.

Blacks Head Bletchingdon went down 5-2 at home to Sporting Headington Academical, despite efforts from John Webb and Chris Thorne for the hosts.

A Kris Hindhaugh brace and goals from Max Burton, Dale Ashman and Steve Shaw ensured the points went home to Headington.

In Division 2, leaders Green Tree Wallingford were in imperious form as they crushed The Village Inn 9-2 away from home.

Chris Turkeman netted a hat-trick, Chris Swayeles and Steve Gunn scored two each and there were also goals from Max Mohan-Triggle and Martin Dawson.

Max Palmer and Michael Hutton were on target for the hosts, but it was little consolation.

Hot on their heels are second-placed North Oxford Conservative Club, who kept the heat up with a 3-0 win at Forest Hill.

An Andrew Potter brace and a third goal from Steven Doyle brought the points to the visitors and ensured the gap at the top remains just three points.

An 85th-minute penalty from Luke Dewar earned Black Swan a 4-4 draw at home to Abingdon Exiles.

The visitors had taken the lead through Mike Hooton, but found themselves 2-1 down thanks to goals from Franks Haynes and Craig Davis.

Exiles then struck back, Russ Madley levelling with a diving header before Hooton bagged a second and Adam Godwin also scored.

Kev Secker pulled a goal back for Black Swan before Dewar’s late spot-kick ensured the sides shared the points.

Steve Foreman struck for Woodstock and Chris Stringer for Sutton.

Ten man Wallingford Cross Keys held on to claim a 1-1 draw at Abba Athletic in Division 3.

Mark Gouse netted for the hosts and Kevin Bailley for Cross Keys.
