Mobbs then completed his treble with a penalty double.
Dean Flanagan scored the only goal of the game as The George defeated Oakley United A 1-0 at home.
Union Street reached the last four with a 4-0 success at Masons Arms, thanks to a Matt Goulding treble.

In the second half, Steve Price made it 3-0. Goulding finished off the scoring with a header from Matt Brandish’s cross.
