Didcot Town will be without Pablo Haysham until the new year after the striker was handed a seven-match ban for being sent off for a third time this season.

He was due to miss tomorrow’s trip to Calor League Division 1 South & West leaders Cirencester Town as part of a two-match suspension.

However, after his dismissal against Merthyr Town last week, the Football Association have added add another five games, meaning he won’t be available until the trip to Thatcham on January 1.

Joint boss Ian Concannon, felt the tackle by Haysham which led to Paul Keddle breaking a leg, did not warrant a red.

“It was a 50-50 challenge – Pablo has gone to win the ball and his momentum has taken him through,” said Concannon.

“There was no intent there and Pablo was absolutely distraught after the game.

“I think he has been harshly treated.”

Taylor Janes (groin) faces a late test after going off in Tuesday’s 2-1 win at Guildford.

North Leigh could hand former Oxford United youngster James Dobson his debut when they host Swindon Supermarine.

Dobson, from Burnham, is added to the squad looking to return to top spot after a 1-0 midweek by new pace-setters Cirencester.

Manager Mark Gee said: “He’s great from set-pieces and can play at left back or on the left of midfield.”

North Leigh will be without Keiran Sanders, who is off travelling in Thailand.

Banbury United give late tests to Albi Skendi (foot) and Marvin Martin (Groin) when they entertain St Neots Town in the Premier Division.

Boss Edwin Stein said: “I have kept the same team in our last two games and they have been fantastic.

“I can’t see a reason to change it, but it depends how Albi and Marvin are.”
