Player-manager Ben Fouracre grabbed a late equaliser for Woodstock Wanderers in a 2-2 draw at North Oxford Conservative Club in Critchleys UTV League Division 3 – on his first league appearance.
Fouracre’s decision to bring himself on with 20 minutes to go proved a masterstroke as he levelled two minutes from time.
Grant Gardner’s solo effort had given Woodstock a half-time lead in the only UTV game not to be postponed.
However, goals from Andy Potter and Luke Beauchamp put North Oxford in charge after the break.
