10:30am Tuesday 14th August 2012 in Other Cricket
MATT Warner took a brilliant 8-18 for Kingston Bagpuize, but almost finished on the losing side as Banbury 3rd staged a remarkable comeback.
Warner’s heroics saw Banbury bowled out for 88, but Steve Hart hit back with 4-11 and Ross Freeman took 3-25 as Bagpuize just made it to 89-9 for a one-wicket win.

Cropredy stay top despite failing to see off Bledlow Ridge.
The leaders declared one over early on 237-5 after Ed Somerton had smashed an unbeaten 83.
James Coleman then took 3-22, but Ridge rallied to 143-8 through Conor Taylor (38).
The home side were deducted one point for their slow over rate.

Bledlow Village closed the gap at the top to only eight points by demolishing Dinton 2nd.
Only Dan Ripley (52) batted with much purpose for Dinton, who crawled to 140-9 from their 53 overs, Matt Bolton taking 3-50.
Bledlow scored rather quicker, racing to 141-1 in 23.1 overs through Olly Woodward (64no).

Time is running out for bottom club Chearsley, who failed to capitalise on a decent batting performance at home to mid-table Shipton-under-Wychwood 2nd.
Russell Haynes (64) and Neil Davies (63no) took the hosts to 200-3, but that proved insufficient as Ross Barrett (50) and Shane Duff (38) steered Shipton to 201-6 with 13 balls to spare.
