Former Oxfordshire paceman Jack Brooks finished on the losing side as England Lions went down by six wickets to Sri Lanka A in their one-day international in Kurunegala.
Somerset’s Jos Buttler made 119 in England’s 258-9, but Sri Lanka reached the target with 2.3 overs to spare.
Northants seamer Brooks had figures of 7-0-38-1, taking the wicket of opener Mahela Udawatte, caught behind by Craig Kieswetter for 11.
