Ben Rae’s unbeaten ton was the difference as high-flying Westbury beat Minster Lovell by three wickets in Division 1 on Saturday.

Eddie Dunn (56) and Dave Prosper (43) helped Minster to 219-7, but Rae guided Westbury from 64-4 to victory on 220-7 in the final over with 127 not out.

Radley went back to the top after a thrilling win at home to Great Horwood.

Horwood made 183-9 before Radley replied with 185-9 thanks to Billy Webb’s 65.

Chadlington’s were beaten by four wickets at Charlbury.


Charlbury bowled their visitors out for 123, Ollie Hollings and Stuart Atkins taking three wickets, before Graham Atkins (40) led them home at 124-6.

Oxenford saw off visitors Shrivenham by two wickets.

In reply to Shrivenham’s 166 all out, Ayyaz Mallick hit 38 to lead Oxenford to 167-8.

Cowley Internationals beat Stonesfield by 67 runs.

Babar Raja hit 67 and Asif Shah 54 in Cowley’s 211 all out, and then Shah claimed 4-24 to dismiss the home side for 144.

In Division 2, leaders Faringdon edged out hosts Clifton Hampden by eight runs.

Nick Giles top-scored with 75 in Faringdon’s 235-7, they then restricted Clifton to 227-7, despite 85 from Laurence Harvey.

Marsh Gibbon picked up a seven-wicket win at Broughton & North Newington.

Chasing down Broughton’s 136 all out, Marsh made 137-3, Charlie Shipperley hitting 41 not out.

East & West Hendred beat Witney Swifts by 64 runs.

Jason Fisher scored 56 in Hendred’s 184. Carl Palmer then took 4-9 as Swifts were dismissed for 120.

Wolvercote’s Division 3 title charge continued as they beat Hanborough by 65 runs.

Will Humphreys hit 61 in Wolvercote’s 218-9, before Hanborough were bowled out for 153, despite 50 not out from Joseph Burgess and 50 from Matthew Neilsen.

Cairns Fudge beat hosts Chesterton by 90 runs.

Fudge racked up 279-8, Mark Small top-scoring with 56 and Jamie Newall hitting 54 not out. Chesterton were bowled out for 189, despite 70 from Lee Price.

Nikunj Patel had a field day for hosts Tetsworth, as they beat Eynsham by 83 runs.

Patel hit 62 in Tetsworth’s 175 all out, and then took 6-17 in Eynsham’s 92 all out.

Westcott had two century-makers in their 101-run win at home to Fringford.

Dale Sweetman led the way with 127, while Waqas Ur-Rehman added 114 as Westcott rattled up 302-7.

Fringford finished on 201-7.

Wootton & Boars Hill crushed Watlington as Ben Tew smashed 186 in his side’s 348-8.

Damien Wiskin added 68, before claiming 4-10 as Watlington were shot out for 70.

In Division 4, Ollie Pascoe’s 83 led Stanton Harcourt to 202-7, after they had bowled Marcham out for 201, Stuart Armstrong hitting 93.
