Youngster Olly Tice made the most of his Westbury first team call-up by smashing a century to get his side’s OCA Division 1 title challenge back on track.

Tice slammed 112 off the visiting Chadlington attack, and with Tom Wilson (84) and Tom Gurney (62) also in the runs, Westbury amassed a huge 334-3 to set up a 160-run victory.

Despite 51 apiece from Dan Townsend and Freddie Magee, Chadlington were all out for 174 with Graham Judd taking 5-35.

Radley’s title bid suffered a setback with an 81-run defeat at home to Shrivenham.

Will Snell hit 102 for Shrivenham, who made 240-6 as Atif Liaquat took 4-72.

In their reply, only Matt Launchbury (65) really got going as Sanjay Chauhan (4-47) and Conor Taylor (3-42) held sway for the visitors, Radley being shot out for 159.

Great Horwood leapfrogged Radley back into second place after an 88-run win against visitors Charlbury.

Stuart Parker top-scored with 52 in Horwood’s 196-9, before Josh Nix claimed 5-35 to help dismiss Charlbury for only 108.

Stonesfield completed a seven-wicket win at Oxenford after Ed Oakley (4-30) and Tom Gubbins (3-12) combined to dismiss their hosts for just 103.

Jamie Burns then scored 45 not out to lead Stonesfield to an easy victory.

Tice followed up Saturday’s century with 87 on Sunday as Westbury posted a 54-run win at home to Stonesfield in the Airey Cup quarter-finals.

He led Westbury to 214-9, before Sam Stoop took 4-50 and Graham Judd 3-33 as Stonesfield were bowled out for 160.

Joe Leonard’s 110 was all in vain for Marsh Gibbon, who lost by three wickets at Wantage under the target score method.

Leonard helped Marsh Gibbon to 201 all out.

But, after a rain delay, Wantage’s target was reduced to 180, which they reached with seven wickets down as Colin Mercer hit 74 and David Spencer 62.

Great Horwood triumphed by 71 runs at home to Shrivenham.

Sam Willett (81) helped Horwood to 226-8, and then Matt McStraw (4-32) and Josh Nix (3-41) combined to dismiss Shrivenham for 155.

Marsh Gibbon stayed top of Division 2, but were made to work hard for a two-wicket win against visitors Wantage.

Ian Challand (49no) and Richard Chapman (37) helped Wantage to 193-8.

But Marsh Gibbon crept over the winning line at 194-8 after Stuart Leonard hit 42.

They remain two points clear of Faringdon, who maintained their challenge after easing to a six-wicket win at Witney Swifts.

Nigel Hume’s 5-45 kept third-placed Swifts in check as they posted 200-9, with Josh Grant (59) and Conor Newcombe (48no) batting well for the home side.

Nick Giles then hit 76 and Luke Bowerman 44 as Faringdon reached 203-4.

Broughton & North Newington beat hosts Chipping Norton by seven wickets.

Chasing Chipping Norton’s 150-8, Broughton eased home at 151-3, thanks to 44 from Paul Derry and 42 from Alex Dawson.

Wolvercote went top of Division 3 with a 59-run win at home to Tetsworth.

The visitors posted a below-par total of 155-9 in their 45 overs, Jonathan Campion top-scoring with 33.

But Barkat Ahmed had an inspired spell of 6-42 off nine overs to break the back of Tetsworth’s batting, as they crumbled to 96 all out.

Rhys Davies provided good support with 3-52.

Wolvercote have a five-point cushion over Cairns Fudge, who just managed to defeat hosts and previous leaders Hanborough by one wicket to maintain their title bid.

Steve Shaw (4-37) and Jamie Clark (4-38) combined to dismiss Hanborough for just 106.

But Cairns Fudge lost regular wickets in their reply, sealing the slenderest of victories at 107-9 as Dan Possee (3-29) and Jonathan Ayris (3-39) shone for the hosts.

Fringford cruised to a nine-wicket win against visitors Watlington.

Sanjeewa Jayakody took 6-45 and Ian Hedley 4-21 as bottom club Watlington were shot out for 131.

Jonny Reid then hit 83 not out to take Fringford to 133-1 and an easy victory.

Chesterton saw off north Oxfordshire rivals Westcott by seven wickets.

The visitors were thankful to Alimar Khan’s 52, which helped them to 134 all out as Mark Stanway took 3-10 and Lee Price 3-55.

Chris White (32) and Phil Lowe (31no) then led Chesterton to 135-3.

Kidlington chased down Britwell Salome’s 237-4 to secure a three-wicket win and stretch their lead at the top of Division 4.

Kieron Wood’s 101 and Adam McConkey’s 51 not out helped visitors Britwell to a big score.

McConkey took 4-42 in Kidlington’s reply, but fine knocks from skipper Richard Walker (84no) and Simon Smith (50) helped the home side to 239-7.

Uffington slipped to an agonising one-run defeat at home to Dorchester, who were dismissed for only 117.

Robin Wood took 3-10 and Tom Fillery 3-56, while Adrian Redhead top-scored with 42.

But Steve McComb (3-10) and Lawrence Belcher (3-39) then took three wickets apiece as Uffington fell to 116 all out.

Stuart Leece’s figures of 5-36 proved in vain for Deddington, who slipped to a two-wicket defeat at home to Marcham.

Gerard Duncan’s 54 led Deddington to 143-9, but Tristan Barratt’s 45 was the crucial contribution as Marcham reached 144-8.

The Division 5 top-of-the-table clash went the way of leaders Sunningwell, who easily beat second-placed Minster Lovell 2nd by 108 runs.

After being put in to bat, a second-wicket partnership of 138 between James Stacey (103) and Tom Harris (68) led Sunningwell to 251 all out as Zak Jarvis took 4-43.

The visitors were then bowled out for 143.

Bampton amassed 293-1 for a 212-run victory at Faringdon 2nd in Division 6.

Grant Print smashed 140 not out and Ted Landray 125 for Bampton, before Russell King took 4-8 as the home side were skittled out for 81.

Haroon Nasser Khan took six wickets without conceding a run to help Tetsworth 2nd to a 117-run victory at home to Hanborough 2nd in Division 7.

Khan’s victims were all bowled as Hanborough collapsed to 76 all out with seven ducks, chasing Tetsworth’s 193, which had featured good knocks from Hamid Abdul (66) and Richard Williams (46).

East & West Hendred 2nd ran out 71-run winners at Stonesfield 2nd.

Elliott Hutt hit 76 and his father, Nigel, 40 as Hendred rattled up 246-9, before Stonesfield were dismissed for 175.

Ducklington ran riot in Division 8 to crush visitors Chadlington 2nd by 236 runs.

The home side amassed 354 all out as Scott Summers slammed 116, Elliott Bryant 62 and Jacob Hughes 55.

Hughes then took 4-15 and Kane Lewis 4-28 as Chadlington fell to 118 all out.

In Division 9, Marcham 2nd closed the gap on leaders Risinghurst 2nd by easing to a nine-wicket win at home to Sunningwell 2nd.

Gary Butler’s 5-16 helped dismiss the visitors for 61, before Marcham raced to 62-1.

Peter Whitlock’s 100 set Chesterton 2nd up for an 11-run win at Dorchester 2nd.

Chesterton posted 218-5, and then Peter Talbot took 4-53 and Jimmy Appleton 3-37 as Dorchester were held to 207-7.

Jon Florey hit 105 to inspire Charlbury 3rd to a 155-run win at Westcott 2nd.

Charlbury rattled up 251-5, before Westcott succumbed for 96.
