MINSTER Lovell went top of Division 1 after they eased to a six-wicket win over Great Horwood.

Exacting revenge for last Sunday’s Airey Cup defeat, hosts Minster were chasing a formidable total of 239-9 after Josh Nix’s sublime century (110).

But youngster Connor Tinsley (61no) and Ed Dunn (50) helped Minster ease home at 240-4 with more than four overs to spare.

Guy Williamson (87no) led Oxenford to a seven-wicket win at Chadlington.

The home side posted 152-7, but Williamson and Dipayan Das (45) saw Oxenford to 156-3.

Defending champions Cowley Internationals suffered a third straight defeat, with Radley the conquerors as Bilal Chauhan’s 61 saw them to 163 all out.

In reply, Cowley fell to 142 as Abdul Saleem took 4-37.

Will Snell’s 76 saw Shrivenham pick up their first win, defeating Stonesfield by 27 runs.

In Division 2, Broughton & North Newington tied with visitors East & West Hendred.

Hendred were dismissed for 188 as Shahnawaz Muhammed took 5-36.

Stuart Walton scored 51, but Andrew Francis (3-21) and Archie Napper (3-47) saw the home side out for the same score.

Faringdon went top as they beat Garsington by 113 runs.

Kevin Huxtable (61) and Jack Tomes (36no) saw the home side to 211-9, Saqib Mohammed taking 5-53.

But Garsington crumbled to 98 as Nick Giles took 5-36.

Witney Swifts recorded a 50-run win at Chipping Norton.

Max Godwin (73) and Jason Seacole (58) shone in Swifts’ 198-8, before Alfie Saunders (4-27) and Redd Pratley (3-34) dismissed Chippy for 148.

Wantage eased to a 101-run win against Clifton Hampden.

Steve Bramley scored 52 in Wantage’s 160-6, before visitors Clifton collapsed to 59 as Steve Pritchard took 3-4 and Ryan Martin 3-12.

Wootton & Boars Hill top Division 3 after cruising to an eightwicket win at Tetsworth.

Tom Crowe (3-22) and Damien Wiskin (3-24) dismissed the hosts for 114, before Ben Tew (52no) and Dave Pearce (43no) steered Wootton to 115-2.

Wolvercote’s Jonathan Campion took 6-23 to help his side to a six-wicket win at Watlington.

Hanborough recorded a 96-run victory over Fringford.

Aston Leach’s 89 set up a total of 203 and Aaron Hobley (4-35) restricted Fringford’s top order, as they fell to 107 all out.

Graham White (108no) helped Chesterton wrap up a 94-run victory at home to Eynsham.

Cairns Fudge eased to a 117-run win against Westcott.
