DAVE Johnson’s superb unbeaten century helped Faringdon 2nd to a 33-run win over Kidlington 2nd in Division 6.

Johnson hit 111 not out as Faringdon rattled up 205-3.

Kidlington then fell to 172, despite 65 from Jonathan Pratt.

Broughton 2nd crashed to 68 all out after being put in on a very damp track by Chipping Norton 2nd, before suffering a seven-wicket defeat.

Brill posted 113-7 against Great Horwood 2nd.

Simon Ridgway (42no) and Peter McHenry (30no) then steered their side to 116-3.
