ASTON Rowant’s Linsey Smith produced another match-winning display with the Southern Vipers in women’s cricket’s new Kia Super League.
The young left-arm spinner, who took five cheap wickets in her opening two games, struck again in Vipers’ match against Loughborough Lightning.
Smith took the first three wickets, as Lightning slipped from to 36-3 in pursuit of 157 for victory.
She finished with 3-16 as they were all out for 97.
Two of her victims were internationals – South Africa’s Dane Van Niekerk and New Zealand’s Sophie Devine.
