OXFORD have looked to bolster their side with three new signings ahead of a bid to return to the top flight of the Serious Cricket Home Counties Premier League at the first time of asking.
All-rounder Harry Stephens, and top-order batsmen George Munsey and Owyn Tong-Jones have joined the Division 2 club.
Stephens, 21, scored 434 runs for Berkshire in the Unicorns Counties Championship when with Datchet last year.
Chairman Rupert Evans said: “Harry is one of the best players in the Home Counties.
“He will give Oxford a boost for their promotion campaign.”
Munsey, 22, represented Scotland in an ICC World Twenty20 qualifier last year.
And Tong-Jones, 17, was recommended to the club by Oxon bowler Chad Keegan, his former coach at Oratory School, Reading.
Meanwhile, Division 2 rivals Horspath have named Rameez Raja Jnr, who is playing for the Quetta Gladiators in the Pakistan Super League, as their oversees player.
