Stuart Hole will remain at the top of Shipton-under-Wychwood’s order as they bid to make it four wins out of four in Serious Cricket Home Counties Premier League Division 2 at Gerrards Cross tomorrow.

The former Oxon seamer didn’t bowl in last week’s sixwicket win at home to Cove due to a back injury.

But he made a fluent 46 opening the batting, and his brother, skipper Simon Hole, is looking for a repeat show.

“He batted really well and we will be looking for more of the same this week,” he said.

Tim Senior returns in place of Liam Hare, who drops down to the 2nd XI.

Great & Little Tew will also be aiming to maintain a 100 per cent record as they visit Buckingham Town.

Skipper Andy Harris, who names an unchanged side, said: “I couldn’t have asked for much more from the first three games and the pleasing thing is we have not relied on one facet of our game.”

Aston Rowant have lost all three of their games to prop up the table, as they prepare to host new boys Datchet.

Bowlers Gordon Harris and Lewis Quainton are dropped after their wayward displays as Rowant were unable to defend 268 in a four-wicket defeat at Finchampstead last week, with Dominic Whatman and Tom Needham coming into the side.

Captain Josh Smith said: “Hopefully the changes will give us a bit more experience.”
