SIMON Fisher proved a cut above the rest to win the Chalgrove 10k by 20 seconds.
The Oxford City runner finished in a time of 34mins 17secs, ahead of Headington’s Sam O’Neill and Victoria Park Harriers and Tower Hamlets’s Jose Bilbao.

Under 20 Cherry set a club record to win the hammer with 23.45m.
She also came second in the shot, third in the discus and sixth in the javelin.
