Nik Rhodes, Dan West and Ben Gray scored for Thame, after Cameron McClarty and Dan Drewett had put the visitors 2-1 up.
Witney Town went out 2-0 at home to Ascot United.
Lee Boon broke the deadlock in the second half, and Ben Knight’s breakaway goal sealed Witney’s fate.
