Mullins joins Oxford United on loan

Oxford United have signed Rotherham United defender Johnny Mullins on loan until January.

The signing, which was confirmed by the U's on Saturday morning, will help to cover for the 26-year-old's former Rotherham teammate Michael Raynes, who suffered a hamstring injury in the 3-2 win over AFC Wimbledon on Tuesday.

Mullins is likely to come into the squad for the meeting with npower League Two leaders Gillingham at the Kassam Stadium this afternoon.
