MOTORSPORT: Wigmore off pace

Bicester's Chris Wigmore finished 15th in the Wales Rally GB National.

Wigmore teamed up with Brackley’s Steve Lyons in their recently-restored 1980 Ford Escort in the event for amateur drivers, which ran alongside the British leg of the World Rally Championship.

First place went to Bob Ceen in a Subaru Impreza, with 35 cars finishing the event.
