Abingdon Town crashed to a 8-1 defeat at Marlow, who go top of the Uhlsport Premier Division Premier Division.
Dan Lingwood hit a hat-trick with Ian Davies (2), Richard Witt, Marcus Mealing and Seve Mayberry also on target.
Tom Larman provided Abingdon’s lone reply.
Adam Lovegrove’s double helped Oxford City Nomads to a 5-2 home win over Ardley United.
Corey Forbes, Marvin Martin and an own goal completed Nomads’ tally, with Troy Bryant scoring both Ardley goals.
Headington Amateurs went goal crazy in a 9-2 home win over Thatcham Town Res in Division 1 East.
Ben Green, Liam Morbey and Oli Zaja bagged braces, with Tom Payne, Shaun Jacob and Benji Cuff completing the rout.
Luke Titcomb and Ryan Gregory scored for Thatcham, who had Mike Alleyne sent off. Chris Blakely hit a spectacular 30-yarder as Clanfield won 3-1 at home to Wootton Bassett Town in Division 1 West.
His effort was sandwiched in between goals from Jamie Butt and Mark Odom, with Matt Bown replying.
Old Woodstock Town slid to a 3-0 defeat at leaders Brimscombe & Thrupp.
Lee Pritchard (2) and Ben Jones netted. North Leigh Res were beaten 3-0 at home by Lambourn Sports. Adrian Mooney, Danny Langford and Alex Toley netted.
LETCOMBE came from two goals down to win 3-2 at Orchard Park Rangers in the Berks & Bucks Intermediate Cup first round.
Adam Bruce, Mark Denny and George Thatcher were the Letcombe scorers.
