Nominations open for Oxfordshire Sports Awards

NOMINATIONS for the 2012 Oxfordshire Sports Awards open today.

And it is a chance for you to make a difference by identifying the local sporting heroes who you believe should receive recognition for their excellent work over the year.

Backed by the Oxford Mail, the official media partner, the awards – in their seventh year – culminate with a prestigious presentation night at the Kassam Stadium on Friday, November 23.

We need you to think about the talented sportsmen, women and youngsters of all age groups and abilities; successful sports clubs and teams as well as the dedicated volunteers and coaches give-up their time and commitment.

Organised by the Oxfordshire Sports Partnership, nominations open today and close on Friday, October 5.
