The Oxfordshire stormed to the top of Section 1 in the Shaw Gibbs Oxfordshire Foursomes League with whitewash 3-0 victory away to Buckingham.

However, the match was closer than the score might suggest as one of The Oxfordshire’s wins – from Matt Foster and Mark Shimmings – was by a single hole.
