OXFORD’S Jordan Flynn continues his bid for glory in the National ABA Junior Championships at Camberley tonight.
The 16-year-old, who boxes for the London-based Repton ABC, fights Sam Kennit, from the Chatham-based St Marys club, in the quarter-finals at Turners Boxing Academy.
Flynn, from Cowley, booked his place in the last eight by becoming London champion two weeks ago.
The Oxford Boxing Academy trio of Yaser Afzal, Declan Townsend and Bradley Townsend take part in the same competition at Bristol’s Wise Sports Complex tomorrow.
They will take on representatives from the Western Counties.
