Cholsey United’s great run in the Berks & Bucks Sunday Junior Cup came to an end when they lost 5-4 after extra-time to Burghfield in a thrilling fifth-round tie.

The sides were locked at 2-2 after 90 minutes, but Burghfield edged it in an eventful last half-hour.

Strikes from Chris Allum, Martin Dawson, Paolo Di Pasquale and Michael Littleworth left Cholsey just short.
