HOOK Norton went on the rampage as they recorded the highest score of the season in Division 2 of the Banbury Indoor League.

Led by Tom Bartlett (40no) and Tom Rothwell (27no), they rattled up 176-1 and then blew away Great & Little Tew A for 63 to win by 113 runs.

The title will be decided this week by the clash between unbeaten teams Middleton Cheney and Sandford St Martin A.

Steve King hit 53 not out as Cheney beat Cropredy by 22 runs, while Sandford’s Jeff Elliott (42no) and Jim Howe (40no) set up a 52-run victory over Radway.
