THE suspension of leisure activities at Farmoor after the discovery of more than 10,000 dead fish, mostly perch, at the reservoir’s water intake from the Thames, has now been lifted.
No trout were lost in either reservoir and the incident is still being investigated.
Before the suspension, Dave Kidby had the week’s best rainbows at 6lb and 41/2lb from the cages on Farmoor II, while Arthur Cole returned a brown between 6-7lb from the bank.
