Josh Harrop won seven out of eight races as City of Oxford produced a series of fine displays at the City of Milton Keynes meet.

Harrop set personal bests in every race, finishing second in his other event.

He claimed gold in the 50m butterfly, backstroke and free-style, 200m backstroke, free-style, individual medley, 400m freestyle and silver in the 100m freestyle.
