OXFORDSHIRE got off to a flier as they stormed to a convincing 46-shot victory over Middlesex in their Home Counties League match at Ealing.

The visitors led by 15 shots after five ends and they went on to win on five of the six rinks for a 139-93 victory

A colts badge was presented to Oxford City & County player Joe Glenn who joined three under 25 colleagues in the side.

The win lifts Oxon to fourth with one game left.
