RENAULT secured another double top-ten finish in today’s Canadian Grand Prix.
The Enstone-based team strengthened their hold on fourth place in the constructors title with another consistent display in Montreal, Nico Hulkenberg coming seventh and Carlos Sainz eighth.
The Banbury-prepared Haas cars were out the points, with Romain Grosjean 12th and Kevin Magnussen 14th.
And it proved yet another weekend to forget for the Grove-based Williams, who remain bottom of the constructors’ championship.
Lance Stroll was involved in a dramatic first-lap collision, while Sergey Sirotkin was the last car to finish in 17th.
