Otis Woodwood restored Chequers’ two-goal lead, but Joel Meade’s low shot through a crowded area ensured a frantic finish, before skipper Toby Webster capped a great personal performance by lifting the historic trophy.

In the league, Great Milton won 7-2 away to Headington Butchers with goals from Henry Horton (4), Ryan Hicks (2) and Jasha Imhof.
