SUMRITH Thanakarnjanasuth will speak to the media for the first time in a press conference on Monday morning.
The new Oxford United owner will take his place in the directors’ box for today’s Sky Bet League One clash at Northampton Town, having taken control of the club on Thursday evening.
The Thai businessman, known as Tiger, will not conduct any interviews at Sixfields this afternoon, but will be outline his plans for the club at the start of next week.
One issue on the agenda will be the new make-up of the U’s board.
Outgoing chairman Darryl Eales will remain involved, but yesterday four other members stepped down.
Peter Lee, Lionel Tarassenko, Benn Brown and Simon Kelner are no longer listed as directors at Companies House.
That means Dave Jones and Steve Dolton, who have been leading United’s search for a manager, remain.
It is unclear whether they will stay after a new boss has been appointed.
