FOOTBALL: Oxford City Stars bid to end pre-season on a high against Brackley Town
OXFORD City bid to end their pre-season programme with a third successive victory when they host Brackley Town at Court Place Farm tomorrow (3).
Mark Jones’s side have beaten Sheffield United’s under 23 side and an Armed Forces XI over the past week.
And they have one more opportunity to fine-tune on the pitch before they kick-start their Vanarama National South campaign at home to St Albans City on August 5.
Meanwhile, George Nash, Conor McDonagh and Ravi Shamsi have committed to Evo-Stik South Premier side Banbury United, who face Swindon Supermarine tomorrow.
South West club Didcot Town host an Oxford United XI, while Kidlington take on North Leigh.
