TODD Stanmore won the under 12 and 13 titles at the Jarvis Sports Horsham Spinners Two Star Open event.
It included coming from 2-0 down in the under 13 final against Zach Hodges (Sussex).
The double success is likely to lift the rising star into the country’s top-ten players at under 12 level.
Fellow Oxford player Kiarash Shaddel won half his ten matches in the under 15 and under 18 events.
