HEAD coach Simon Anderson is hoping to go all the way to the final in ice hockey’s South Division 1 play-offs as Oxford City Stars begin their campaign this weekend.
Stars take on London Raiders this afternoon, before the reverse at Oxpens tomorrow (6.15) in the English National League.
Suspended duo Dax Hedges and Jaroslav Cesky are the only absentees.
Anderson is feeling upbeat ahead of the Raiders clash.
He said: “We’re in good shape after the two-week break, and the guys have been training hard.
“We’re looking to go as far as we can in the play-offs, and hopefully that will mean all the way to the finals.”
