THERE was double success for Jason Bean when Kidlington AS fished their final points match of the season on the River Cherwell at Thrupp.
Bean’s triumph in the Last Chance Cup also put him top of the club’s points table.
He won with a weight of 13lb 8oz 0drms, which included a barbel of 8.4.0.
Ron Hiller was second with 7.1.0, while Henry Clarke came third on 6.0.0.
Final table: 1 J Bean 115, 2 T Lester 110 (on weight), 3 H Clarke 110.
