GEMMA Bridge continued her seamless transition from distance running to race walking when winning another title.
The Oxford City star (pictured) claimed victory in the 10km at the England Championships in Coventry.
Bridge’s success adds to her 3km triumphs at the British and English indoor championships.
In an open race at Coventry, Bridge took second behind Wales international Bethan Davies, who stormed to victory by a minute.
But it was a close race behind her as Bridge made up a 50metre gap to Heather Lewis, of Pembrokeshire Harriers, to finish second and she won the England title in a personal best of 47mins 7secs to move up to 12th in the UK’s all-time rankings.
