Charlie Warland put the hosts in front, but Masons levelled in the second half through Natty Jackson.
Thame United Churches broke their duck with a 3-1 win at home to Chinnor.
Adam Phippen, Nick Barrett and substitute Ross Thompson scored for the hosts, with Jamie Croxford replying from the penalty spot for Chinnor.
