BANBURY United manager Mike Ford says his side’s impressive form in the Evo-Stik Southern League Premier Division has caused him selection problems.
The Puritans travel to Redditch United on Boxing Day looking to build on a run of three straight victories.
Ford again has a full squad to choose from and is expected to stick with much of the side who beat Cinderford Town 4-0 last weekend, meaning those on the outside will have to wait for their chance.
He said: “We had Sam Humphreys and Jacob Blackstock, who didn’t get on the pitch, while Mark Bell and George Jeacock didn’t even get changed.
“That’s an incredibly strong bench and these players would be starting for most other teams in this league.”
Striker Jeacock has subsequently returned to parent club Oxford United, following the arrival of Martin Ofosu from Oxford City.
