ROB Hall set up two goals on his return from a serious knee injury as Oxford United won 3-2 in a development game at Milton Keynes Dons.
The winger, playing his first football since damaging cruciate knee ligaments in April, laid on the opening goal for Kane Hemmings after just 42 seconds.
He also set up Ryan Taylor to score, before coming off at half-time.
Ryan Ledson also started the game on his return from a knee injury, coming through 60 minutes unscathed.
Alex MacDonald scored United's other goal.
