Amber Parker clinched the under 13 field athlete award, after she broke the club record in the shot putt with 7.88m which was also a national grade 2 standard.

Jess Cherry picked up the girls under 17/20 field athlete accolade, with Emily Benfield winning the track prize.

The under 17 male athlete of the year prize went to Ben West, who triumphed in the 400m, 800m and 1,500m in one fixture earlier this season.

A presentation was also made to the under 13 and 15 boys teams, who won their respective competitions in the Oxfordshire Young Athletics League.

At the same event, veteran David Kuester received a cheque for £200 from the club towards his trip to Australia.
