OXFORD City Stars are counting down the days until the start of their new season – and today launch their new home shirt.
The county’s premier ice hockey side unveiled the yellow and blue strip at Oxford United’s Kassam Stadium, cementing the strong bond between the two clubs.
The duo are finalising the latest step in their Oxfordshire United project – a partnership designed to signify a connection between the two clubs and their affiliation to the county.
The shirt features an outline of the skyline of Oxford, with director Russell Shrives commenting: “We’re so pleased with the look of the kit.
“I’m really looking forward to seeing the boys out on the ice on September 11th.”
Both home and away kits will be available to pre-order in the coming weeks as well as a new range of merchandise.
